Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust (formerly known as Data Infrastructure Trust (‘Altius’)) is an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) established as a trust on March 19, 2019 with registration number IN/InvIT/18-19/0009 under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 with the objective of undertaking investment activities as an InvIT, under the InvIT Regulations.
