(BIF IV India), a company incorporated in Singapore. The Brookfield Sponsor and BIF IV India are controlled by Brookfield Corporation (“BN”).

The Brookfield Sponsor II- Project Holdings Nine (DIFC) Limited - was incorporated on July 27, 2021 under the Laws of Dubai and Controlled by BN. Pursuant to the requisite approval(s) and Deed of Accession dated May 16, 2024, Project Holdings Nine (DIFC) Limited has been inducted as a Sponsor of the Trust with effect from May 16, 2024.
